Mindful Frontiers offers online meditation practice sessions to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to established meditators. Guidance is available through podcasts and videos as well as live streaming and online courses. One-on-one coaching is also available.

Guided Meditations for Children & Youth

These guided meditations are intended for families with young children. They can be played freely. For consistency of practice, please follow sequence.

  1. Introduction to meditation: mindful bodies/posture (5 minutes)
  2. Mindfulness of sound (6 minutes)
  3. Mindfulness of breath (10 minutes)
  4. Five Finger Breathing for young children (4 minutes)

Guided meditations for adults & older youth

These guided meditations are intended for adults, older youth and more practiced meditators. They can be played freely. For consistency of practice, please follow sequence. There are many more guided meditation videos on our Youtube channel.

  1. Beginning Guided Meditation practice with breathing focus. (16 minutes)
  2. Introduction to Pebble Meditation for adults and older youth. (2 minutes)
  3. Pebble Meditation for adults and older youth (16 minutes)
  4. Adult self-compassion guided meditation (16 minutes)
  5. Guided open awareness meditation (30 minutes)

Live-Stream Meditations & Subscription Programs

Our live stream meditation subscription program and online courses provide opportunities to deepen a meditation practice. The live-stream meditations are longer practices and the online courses are multi-week programs that include daily or weekly meditations.

Online courses are available on our Thinkific site. Three courses available: Exploring Mindful Meditation: Basic, Essentials and Foundations.

Monday Mindful Moments. Every Monday morning, Anne-Marie leads two mindfulness and yoga classes on Twirl Taos’ Facebook page with the help of Milo & Mira, the Mindful Monkeys. Tune in live at 11:00-11:15 am (MT) for 3-6 year-olds and 11:30-11:45 am (MT) for 7-10 year-olds. Classes are saved on Twirl’s Youtube channel after live broadcast.

Mindful Frontiers has a Youtube channel. Join us there to view a compilation of all our videos.
