Anne-Marie believes mindfulness is a holistic practice beneficial to human consciousness & personal growth. Her philosophy of wholehearted living includes the tenets that we are one with Nature, and humans never stop learning and expanding our consciousness.

With a personal practice spanning over 20 years, Anne-Marie has been teaching mindfulness since 2016. Her credentials come from Mindful Schools and Sage Institute for Creativity and Consciousness as well as an 8-week course in MBSR. Anne-Marie participates in online silent & guided meditation retreats to support her personal meditation practice.

Start or deepen your personal meditation practice.

PRIVATE COACHING

Individual meditation coaching is a way to start or deepen your personal practice. Anne-Marie will work with your schedule to arrange a private coaching session. Depending on season and weather, we can arrange to meet outdoors which is a wonderful way to practice mindful meditation.

Cost for private meditation coaching is $75 / hour plus local taxes, travel and rental space (if necessary).


Sharing meditation with a friend is motivating.

PARTNER COACHING

Partner coaching is an option for meditation coaching that provides motivation and buddy support. Anne-Marie will work with your schedule to arrange partner sessions either in your home, outdoor space or a rented space.

Cost for partner meditation coaching is $125 / hour plus local taxes, travel and rental space (if necessary).


Meditating with a group is empowering and builds community.

GROUP WORKSHOPS

Workshops are groups of 3 or more people attending a meditation class for 2 to 3 hours and can be customized for your organization or group.

Cost for workshops is $200 / hour plus local taxes, travel and rental space (if necessary) for 3 to 4 participants. We look forward to creating a mindful meditation experience that fits your group’s needs. Please ask for a quote for workshops with more than 4 participants.
